DIARC^® method is applicable for processing of high quality metal thin film coatings. Due to the low deposition temperature DIARC^® metal coatings can be applied on heat sensitive materials such as plastics with high quality of surface finish.

The DIARC^® deposited metal coatings include high purity metal and multilayer films as well as alloyed structures. The composition and the layer thickness of the films can be freely selected making it easy to produce multilayered film structures.

DIARC^® Process is a economical method to deposit high quality precious metal coatings of Ag, Au, Pd and Pt.
